Many, if not all of you are likely considering what the COVID-19 outbreak will mean for businesses. As many of you may have heard, the Governor of Maryland state has closed all non-essential businesses. My Marketing Matters qualifies as an essential business with respect to Order 20-03-23-01 under an exception to mail service and mail management companies. With many safe at home, we are continuing to process orders in a timely manner to be distributed to residences all over the U.S. Like you, My Marketing Matters is closely monitoring the rapidly developing situation and is planning for a variety of scenarios. We have taken the following additional steps to protect the safety of our team and communities while maintaining business operations:
- All administrative staff is working remotely and our phones, LiveChat, and email remain a constant source of communication.
- Limited staff is producing and distributing print and direct mail materials with daily collaboration with the USPS and FedEx transportation services.
- At this time, all outside visitors will not be allowed into our facility for any reason. Should you need to drop off or pick up anything, this will be done in our outdoor bin.
- We have mobilized our printing partner companies located throughout the U.S. and have prepared to enact our Business Continuity Plan to maintain services to our clients.
