Here are some of the things great agents are resolving to do in 2021.
1. Practice Gratitude
After last year, we could all use a little more gratitude in our lives. From saying thank you to our family members when they do us a favor, writing hand-written notes to your clients, and celebrating your accomplishments, there are plenty of ways to bring more gratitude into your life.
2. Set Goals
The new year is the perfect time to set new goals for yourself and your business. Your goals should be manageable but should also be something that will challenge you to be your best.

3. Stay Productive
Even though it’s a new year, many of us are still working from home. By now, we’re pros at it, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have days that aren’t as productive as we would like. It can be tricky to stay productive, but setting aside to focus, limiting distractions, and staying on task will help.

4. Keep Learning
There is always more to learn, and continuing your education will benefit both you and your clients. Finding new learning opportunities is exciting and is a wonderful way to spend your time.
5. Practice Self-Care
Take some time for yourself. Take a walk, meditate, or start a new hobby. Spending time by yourself helps you feel more relaxed, happy, and prepared to take on the world.

6. Stay Connected
Staying connected to your friends, family, colleagues, and clients can be challenging right now, so be sure to set aside some time to get in touch with everyone. Schedule phone calls with old friends, and find time to network with your colleagues to help keep your real estate agent skills sharp.
